Priced around your operation
Start free with your whole team, for as long as it takes to know it fits. When you're ready to roll out properly, tell us what you're running and we'll put a real number in front of you.
What you get, whatever you pay
The product isn't feature-gated into uselessness while you evaluate it.
Recurring schedules
Daily, weekly or shift-based work that reappears when it's due, without anyone re-creating it.
Checklists on shift
Step-by-step checks staff complete on their phone, with photos and notes attached to the record.
Approval chains
Work that needs sign-off routes to the right reviewer, in as many stages as your process needs.
Team chat
Conversation next to the work it's about, so context doesn't live in a separate app.
Role and location assignment
Assign to a role, team or site rather than a person, so schedules survive staff changes.
Web and mobile
Any browser, plus native iOS and Android, with push for assignments, mentions and approvals.
What shapes the price
So you can work out roughly where you'd land before speaking to anyone.
How many people need access
Everyone who completes, reviews or oversees work — usually far more frontline staff than managers.
How many sites you coordinate
A single venue and a fifty-site estate are different products in practice, even on the same features.
How much evidence you keep
Regulated operations need completed checks retained and exportable for longer than most teams do.
What happens if you get in touch
No sales sequence, no chasing. Three steps and you have a figure.
Tell us how you operate
Sites, rough headcount, and the work you're trying to get under control. Two minutes, no form maze.
We show you it running
A walkthrough on your actual routines — not a generic demo tenant with invented data in it.
You get a number
Priced against the setup we just scoped, so it's the real figure rather than a starting position.
Pricing questions
- What does EasyBee actually do?
- EasyBee runs the recurring side of team operations: scheduled and one-off tasks, checklists that people complete on shift, approval chains for work that needs sign-off, and team chat alongside it. It combines a Trello-style board with a calendar, so recurring work shows up where it's due without anyone re-creating it.
- Who is EasyBee for?
- Teams that run physical or process-heavy operations — hospitality, facilities, retail, clinics, property management — where the same work repeats on a schedule and someone needs to confirm it was done properly.
- How is it different from a general task manager?
- General task managers assume work is one-off and assigned to a person. EasyBee assumes work repeats and is assigned to a role, team or location, so the right person picks it up on the day. Checklists, approvals and audit history are built in rather than bolted on.
- Can I assign work to a role or location instead of a person?
- Yes. Assignees can be individual users, teams, roles or locations. Assigning to a role means whoever holds that role at that site sees the task, which keeps schedules working through staff changes and shift swaps.
- Does EasyBee work on mobile?
- Yes. EasyBee runs in any browser and as native iOS and Android apps, with push notifications for assignments, mentions and approvals. Staff on the floor typically use mobile while managers use the web app.
- How much does EasyBee cost?
- Pricing is scoped to your operation rather than published as a list price: it depends on how many people need access, how many sites you're coordinating, and how long you need completed work retained. You can start free to see whether it fits, then contact us and we'll price the setup we've actually scoped with you.
- Is there a free plan?
- You can start free and invite your team without a card, for as long as it takes to know EasyBee fits how you work. There's no feature-gated trial that expires before you've rolled it out to a site.
