Steps that adapt

Items can branch. Answer "No" to Fridge temperature within range and a follow-up appears asking for the reading and a photo — without cluttering the list for everyone whose fridges are fine.

Evidence attached at the point of work

• Photos captured on the phone that's already in the person's hand
• Free-text notes on any item
• Timestamps and the identity of whoever completed each step

Sections and templates

Group items into sections (Front of house, Kitchen, Cellar) and save the whole thing as a template. Rolling the same standard out to a new site is one action, not a re-typing exercise.
